The single-shaft mixer means several plough blades are installed on the only one main shaft. The compact design of mixer has the advantage of small floor space occupied, which is helpful for the installation in your plant. This design can make all area inside be including.
Raw materials in mixer move following the force generated by the continuously blending plough blade, thus to achieve scattering, dispersing and fast mixing. Products range from renders, plasters, cement glue/adhesive & screeds, technical mortars, repair, monolayer color to self-leveling compounds which conform to the entire palette of dry mix mortar products.
Single-shaft mixer can mix different kinds of dry mortar. When some special dry mortars need adding additive like fiber ,high speed choppers can be installed inside mixer to scatter and dispense these materials. High speed flying cutters can break up the matarials and make short mixing time and good mixing result, especially for the agglomerated materials.
A working sampling device is side-mounted on the machine. It can help us easily observe the mixing effect in the mixer. Moreover, side-mounted design can better show the mixing result.
