Fly ash from the incinerator flue gas treatment system is sent by bypass to the new fly ash warehouse, then to the original warehouse valve, and then to the fly ash metering box by screw conveyor. At the same time, the screw conveyor feeds the cement into the cement metering tank, and the chelating diluent transfer pump begins to deliver the chelating agent to the chelating agent metering tank.
The measured fly ash, cement and chelating agent are mixed in a blender, and the heavy metals in the fly ash react with the chelating agent to form a whole, thus being stabilized. The stabilized fly ash falls from the mixer on a belt conveyor and is then sent to the bagging machine.
The bagged fly ash is transported to the maintenance site by the mixer, and transported to the designated place for landfill after maintenance to complete the entire stabilization process of fly ash.
