The mixing speed of this machine is high, and the batch mixing is generally 2~3min, which is especially
suitable for production use in assembly lines.
The horizontal non-gravity mixer is composed of a transmission part, a paddle agitator, and a twin U-
shaped barrel,the transmission part is a reducer that drives the agitator to operate through multiple rows
of chains or gears, the agitator is a double-shaft blade, on the shaft the blades arranged at a special
angle rotate at constant speed and reverse to ensure the three-way spraying movement of materials in
the radial,circumferential and axial directions, forming multiple effects such as cross circulation,shearing
and mixing, and achieve uniform mixing in a very short time. Different mixing blades can be selected
according to different material properties. When the material ratio is 1‰, the mixing uniformity reaches
98%. It can meet the uniform mixing of 500 mesh fine powder and 5mm granular material.
